Standard technical information collected by our website analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate region and device type.

How we use it

To produce your written candidacy assessment, to allow a licensed physician to review your case, and to contact you about your request.

Health information you provide is never passed to advertising platforms, never used to build advertising audiences, and never used for interest-based targeting. Advertising measurement receives only a generic conversion event with no condition or health data attached.

Who can see it

Our clinical and coordination staff, the reviewing physician, and the service providers that host our database and send our email. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Your questionnaire responses are stored on hosted infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff. We do not collect or store medical records or diagnostic images through this website. Clinical care, and any documentation created during that care, is handled in Mexico.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email the address on this site and we will action the request.
