You are never navigating a foreign city alone
Most people considering this have never had medical care outside their own country. The fear isn't the therapy — it's the logistics. So here is every hour of it, written down in advance.

Travelling with a companion? Their transport and hotel coordination is included.
A physician reviewing your responses is not a diagnosis. Candidacy for any treatment is determined only after in-person assessment at our clinic in Mexico, including laboratory studies if the physician considers them necessary.
Where you fly into
You choose the site during the assessment. Transport from arrivals is arranged either way.

Tijuana
SAN (San Diego) or TIJ via the Cross Border Xpress
Closest facility for patients flying into San Diego. Most US patients cross the border by private car with a coordinator, not on foot.

Cancún
CUN (Cancún International)
Direct flights from most US and Canadian hubs. Preferred by patients travelling with a companion who want the trip to be less clinical.

Puerto Vallarta
PVR (Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International)
Direct seasonal flights from the western US and Canada. Quietest of the three sites.
Before you fly
A physician reviews your responses before we accept you. That happens before a deposit, not after.
- —Honest answers in the questionnaire about your symptoms and how long they have gone on.
- —Your current medication list, including anything immunosuppressive.
- —Laboratory studies are performed on site at the clinic if the physician considers them necessary.
- —A frank conversation about what you are hoping for, so we can tell you whether that is realistic.
Find out where you stand before anyone tries to sell you anything.
The assessment takes about two minutes, asks for no contact details until the end, and can tell you that you are not a candidate. That outcome is built in on purpose.
