Will this actually work for my condition?

Honestly: it depends heavily on the condition, and for some it isn't indicated at all. We group conditions into three tiers based on the current state of published research — strongest evidence, emerging evidence, and not currently recommended.

Your assessment tells you which tier you fall into, including if the answer is the third one. We turn away patients whose conditions we don't believe we can help.

What does it actually cost?

Most treatment programs run from $5,000 to $12,000, with more complex protocols above that depending on cell count, number of sessions and delivery method. That includes the protocol itself, physician evaluation, lab work, ground transport and coordinator support. It does not include flights or hotel. We do not bill insurance. This is an out-of-pocket investment in your health, which is why we start with a candidacy assessment before you spend anything. Financing options are available through our partner and are discussed after a physician has reviewed your case. Your assessment returns the specific range for your condition and protocol.

Why isn't this available in the United States?

Accepted Answer

Because the FDA has not approved these treatments, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. The US regulatory pathway requires approvals these treatments do not currently hold, which is why all care is delivered in Mexico under COFEPRIS oversight. Mexico's regulatory framework, overseen by COFEPRIS, permits them under physician supervision at licensed facilities. That's the real reason — not a loophole, a different regulatory system. If that's a dealbreaker for you, it should be, and we'd rather you know now. ZignaGenix is a US-based company. Treatment is not performed in the United States or in our US offices. It is performed at our licensed facilities in Mexico.

Question 4

Is it safe to travel to Mexico for medical care?

Accepted Answer

You'll be met at the airport by a named ZignaGenix coordinator, driven by private transport to a vetted hotel, driven to and from the facility, and accompanied throughout. You are never navigating a foreign city alone. Our facilities are licensed medical centers, not offices. Travelling with a companion? Their transport and hotel coordination is included.

What happens if it doesn't work?

Accepted Answer

No one can promise you an outcome, and anyone who does is lying to you. What we can promise: a physician reviews your responses before we accept you, we tell you if we don't think you're a good candidate, and we follow up at 30, 90 and 180 days to track your actual response. Some patients report meaningful change. Some report little. We record both.

Who is actually performing the procedure?

Three verified physicians on site, each licensed in Mexico with a published cédula profesional, plus specialist reviewers who read complex intake responses before anyone is invited to travel. Names, credentials, license numbers and photographs are published on our physicians page. If a clinic won't tell you who is holding the syringe, that tells you something.
